Produced predominantly from Shiraz and Grenache, these varieties are handpicked at the raisin stage then matured in old oak casks where the Solero system is carried out; a traditional technique which involves a blending of the finest vintages dating back to 1979 to create a fortified wine of great character, with an average age of 10 years.
