2019 Peos Estate Four Aces Shiraz

With very similar soils to the Margaret River region, and a slightly cooler climate, there is some compelling about Cabernet and Shiraz from the Manjimup region.

Critic Reviews
95 points Erin Larkin Halliday Wine Companion.
Cellaring Potential:
Will certainly reward up to 5 years in the cellar for those who can wait. For those drinking now, decant for 1-2 hours for optimum enjoyment.
Enjoy With
Moussaka (Greek lamb mince dish) and seasonal vegetables.
About Peos Estate
The Peos family settled in Manjimup in 1926 (nearly 100 years ago). Their 36 hectare property, most of which 320m above sea level, has free draining gravelly soils as good as (if not better) than those of the best sites in Margaret River. It’s not hard to see why the wines being produced are of such high quality. Qantas thinks so too - with the Four King Shiraz being served in Business Class for domestic travel.
